Bishwajeet Soy is a Civil Engineer and Urban Planner with over 25 years of experience in housing, urban infrastructure finance, and social development. He holds a B.E. from BIT Mesra, a Master’s in Planning from SPA New Delhi, and a PGDM from IIM Kozhikode. He has served as Secretary of the NGO ASRA, leading impactful tribal upliftment projects such as lift irrigation and cultural development in Singhbhum West. His expertise spans project appraisal, monitoring, finance, and business development. Passionate about sports development, he has actively supported tribal youth in football, athletics, and hockey, and served as Treasurer of the Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Sports Academy, Khunti.
