Captain Dr. Vikram Singh is the Head of the Department of Physical Education at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. A Gold Medalist in B.P.Ed. and Silver Medalist in M.P.Ed. from IGIPESS, University of Delhi, he is also a former NCC officer and recipient of the DG’s Baton at OTA Kamptee. He has represented Delhi University in volleyball and softball at national tournaments. With over 80 research publications, several books, and major UGC/ICSSR projects, he has guided 11 Ph.D. scholars. An FIVB Level-II certified international volleyball coach, he has organized major conferences and championships, contributing significantly to sports education and leadership.
