Sujit Kumar Ray is a Senior Accountant at the A.G. Office, Bhubaneswar, and a dedicated table tennis professional with decades of involvement in the sport. A commerce graduate, he represented Odisha in Senior National Championships from 1990 to 2005, winning four medals in singles and doubles. Since 2006, he has served as Coach of the Odisha State Team across Sub-Junior, Junior, and Senior categories. An ITTF-certified International Umpire since 2012, he has officiated prestigious events such as the Lusofonia Games, South Asian Games, and Commonwealth Games, making significant contributions to Indian table tennis.
