Dhirsen A. Soreng brings over 25 years of leadership experience in education, sports development, rural development, and social sector project management. As the State Program Officer-cum-Nodal Officer (Sports) for the Government of Jharkhand, he has led planning, budgeting, and promotion of school sports and teacher training programs. He has strong expertise in community mobilization, participatory management, and capacity building across government and NGO sectors. With a solid background in policy implementation and program monitoring, he has worked with UNICEF, WHO, USAID, and TATA Group. Academically qualified in Rural Development, Economics, and Psychology, he excels in communication and multilingual engagement.
