Mhonsao Ngullie is a Physical Education Teacher under the Department of School Education, Government of Nagaland, and actively contributes to sports administration as the Honorary Secretary of the Nagaland Athletics Association and Member Secretary of the Athletes Commission, Nagaland Olympic Association. As an athlete, he excelled in the 4×100 m relay and long jump, earning multiple medals at national and regional competitions between 2012 and 2017, including a first-place finish in the 100 m relay at the 1st Nagaland Olympics. In recognition of his outstanding performances, he was honored with the prestigious State Award in 2016 by the Department of Youth Resources and Sports.
