Dr. Pankaj Kumar Jyoti is an accomplished sportsperson, coach, and administrator currently serving as an Assistant Section Officer in the CM Secretariat, Government of Bihar. He holds a Ph.D. in Physical Education along with several distinguished qualifications, including UGC NET, M.A. in Physical Education, PG Diploma in Sports Management, and DP.Ed. He is an International Race Official (Grade 1) in Dragon Boat and a State Coach Awardee in Athletics and Rugby. As Secretary General of the Rugby Football Association of Bihar, he has contributed significantly to sports promotion. Representing India in various Asian and World Dragon Boat Championships, he continues to inspire through leadership and dedication.
