Sanjay Pathak, a Government School Teacher and D-Licensed Football Coach, has over 15 years of experience in sports development. He is the Founder and Director of the Rani Laxmibai Sports Academy Foundation, established in 2009 in Siwan, Bihar, with a mission to empower rural girls through sports. Under his leadership, the academy has produced medal-winning athletes in football, handball, rugby, and athletics at national and international levels. He has trained more than 300 athletes, mentored international players, and managed residential and non-residential programs, contributing significantly to the holistic growth and advancement of young girl athletes.
